theta - beta

This meditation gently guides the brain through different states of consciousness using binaural beats—a sound technology where two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear, creating a third frequency in the mind that entrains brainwaves.

You begin in the theta state (4–8 Hz), associated with deep relaxation, intuition, and the dreamlike states between sleep and wakefulness. In theta, the mind softens, creativity flows, and a deep sense of calm and openness arises.

Gradually, the binaural beats shift toward the beta state (12–30 Hz), associated with alertness, focus, and active thinking. As the frequency rises, the meditation invites you to bring the calm awareness cultivated in theta into an energized, awake, and centered state of beta.
